HOW DO I ACCES MY ACCOUNT?
See the right side of the menu bar, at the top of the page, and click on the face icon. Here you can login to your own account or sign up for a new account.
If you have checked-out in the past as a guest, you can use the same e-mail that you used while completing your order during the check-out for your new account.
WHERE CAN I SEE HOW MANY POINTS I HAVE?
On the right side of your screen you have a small tab:
Click on this tab and your Violet Loyalty Club overview will appear on your screen. 
HOW DOES THE REFERRAL PROGRAM 'TELL A FRIEND' WORK?
- Share your personalized link (you can find this link in the Violet Loyalty Club tab) with friends and have them use the link in their internet browser. See picture below.
- You will receive 100 points when your friend has created an account and made a purchase above €90. They’ll get a €10 coupon after their first purchase of €90 or more.
- You will receive the point$ 15 days after their purchase.
- For the €10 personal discountcode check-out 'My Rewards' in the Violet Loyalty Club tab on your computer/laptop. The code will not be shown your mobile device.
HOW CAN I RECEIVE POINTS BY POSTING ON INSTAGRAM?
- Post a picture of yourself in your Federal Violet items on your Instagram Feed ( not stories ).
- Make sure to tag us in your caption or picture.
- Make a screenshot of your post and e-mail it to info@federalviolet.com. Mention in the subject field: Instagram Post Points
- 14 Days after your Instagram is posted, the 20 points will be added to your account!
